Sometimes even very capable people need a little help making use of the tools they already have.

A lot of knowledge about technology comes from working with it every day. As you work with technology more, you pick up things. Call them tips and tricks if you like. You can also purchase books that will attempt to walk you through how to do things.

However, sometimes it can be very helpful to have someone knowledgeable help you while you are sorting things out. Someone who will patiently help you learn how to do things yourself.

Before you get too frustrated with the latest gadget, and feel like throwing the thing out the window, consider that you do not have to do this alone.
